Had the pleasure of eating at Colibrie. Service is amazing, everyone is so kind. Since we were quite new to the Mexican cuisine we could not choose - so they gave us an amazing surprise menu full of taco's, fantastic chilaquiles with banana, enchiladas and local water/veggies. Also the Mexican wine and mescal were great. Had a fantastic evening, can definately recommend going here.

A very pleasant place Beautiful atmosphere with super relaxing music The food is incredible to look at and wonderful to the palate The service is wonderful, with all the staff super friendly and helpful, constantly attentive The tortilla soup is served fresh and its ingredients are super balanced The chicken medallions are actually chicken rolls stuffed with goat cheese, spinach, and walnuts, covered in a delicious mushroom cream, their flavor is super balanced when accompanied by steamed vegetables and potatoes. The hummingbird salad is a mix of lettuce, goat cheese, macadamia nuts, strawberries, capers, spinach, and Serrano ham, accompanied by a honey and oil dressing, which exquisitely highlights its flavors

Without a doubt, the most welcoming restaurant in Xicotepec! Both their breakfasts, dinners and desserts are delicious, in addition to their outdoor space and garden to spend a super pleasant time. I love their macadamia cream, their salmon in acachul reduction, the chilaquiles and the corn bread, which has become my favorite.

I went with one other person, we ordered soup as a starter and a stew each, a jug of water and a beer and the bill came to 580 pesos, it was chile en nogada season and they were 190, the chile came included with rice and a toast as a starter. The taste of the food is good. We were on the terrace and the weather was pleasant so we enjoyed the food. The service was good, we were able to pay by transfer since they do not accept cards, only cash. I recommend it more for a dinner, since the menu does not have many options and is more of an Italian style.

The place is beautiful. The garden is cool. It's service is loving. The food is all well done. The chile en nogada following the entire recipe as is without failing anything. What more do you want? I really recommend it to you. It is very delicious and the price is more than adequate.

They have organic products, it is a pet-friendly place with a pleasant environment. They have dishes and drinks tropicalized with products from the region. I like the decorations and details of special dates like “February 14”. The prices are somewhat high compared to other restaurants in the area, but the quality of their products supports them. I recommend it

Quaintly and Beautiful place I loved this place, it is a 2 level restaurante and I recommend you to go to the top so you can have a view of the beautiful surroundings of this Magic Town. The service is great, they are very kind and they serve and special cocktail based in an liquor of an endemic fruit called “Acachul”, tasty but don’t get more than three if you want to continue the tour.
